EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Dr. Philip Chan, a consultant medical director at the Rhode Island Department of Health, joined 12 News at 4 Friday to discuss the Food and Drug Administration’s approval of over-the-counter Narcan.
He also reacted to Lifespan’s decision to no longer require marks for patients and staff.
