EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Dr. Philip Chan, a consultant medical director at the Rhode Island Department of Health, joined 12 News at 4 Friday to discuss his main concerns as students head back to school.

He also expressed concern over the rise of COVID-19 cases nationally and provided an update on how Rhode Island’s data compares.
