EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Outgoing Rhode Island Foundation President and CEO Neil Steinberg joined 12 News at 4 Wednesday to share his thoughts on his successor, Rep. David Cicilline.
Steinberg also highlighted the organization’s grant-making last year, which was the second-highest in its 107-year history.
