EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Rhode Island Lieutenant Governor Sabina Matos joined 12 News at 4 Monday to discuss her campaign to replace Rep. David Cicilline.
Cicilline announced last month that he would be resigning from Congress to lead the Rhode Island Foundation.
