EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Dr. Luis Daniel Muñoz joined 12 News at 4 to talk about his campaign to become the state’s next governor.
Muñoz told 12 News he would propose a supplemental wage program that would one day provide minimum wage earners $34 to $35 an hour.
