Police: Men stole $7K worth of equipment from travel company

PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WPRI) — Police are searching for two men who they say stole several pieces of equipment from a local travel company.

According to Pawtucket police, surveillance cameras captured the two suspects outside Collette Travel around 2 a.m. on April 16. They can be seen making numerous trips in and out of the view of the camera and taking several cables, connectors and other accessories, which police said were valued at approximately $7,000.

Collette told police it was in the process of hooking up a generator to the building’s power grid when the theft occurred.
