PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WPRI) — Pawtucket police have arrested a man who they say shot two people on Saturday morning.
Investigators arrested Jose Rodriguez, 30, who lives in an apartment complex in Pawtucket.
He is facing several charges including two counts of felony assault, possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a crime of violence, alteration of marks of identification on a firearm and firing in a compact area.
The victims, a 29-year-old man and 30-year-old woman, both suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to the hospital for treatment.
Rodriguez is expected to be arraigned in Providence District Court on Monday.
