PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — One day after announcing crooner Michael Buble was coming to Providence, the Dunkin’ Donuts Center announced an act on the complete opposite spectrum.
The venue says the hip hop trio Migos is set to perform at the Dunk on Friday, April 19, along with 21 Savage.
Tickets for the 7 p.m. concert go on sale Feb. 8 at 10 a.m. and range from $89 to $375 (not including facility and service fees)
“Southern hip hop trio Migos is quickly making a name for themselves with their swagged-out personal style, high-energy performances, and catchy singles like Versace,” the Dunk said in its release. “Taking the stage donning sunglasses, backpacks, and plenty of bling, the rappers cut a stylish group as they get the crowd bouncing to popular songs like Hannah Montana and Flight Night.”
“21 Savage released his sophomore album, I Am > I Was this past December, which debuted and charted at number one on the Billboard 200,” the release said. “This number one album now joins his previous number one single Rockstar, which features Post Malone.”
