NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WPRI) — Three men and a woman from New Bedford were set to be arraigned Monday on charges of heroin trafficking and conspiracy after a raid Saturday afternoon.
Police detectives entered a Cleveland Street apartment with a search warrant. The suspects were later taken into custody on Brock Ave. when police pulled them over in two vehicles.
During the stop in traffic, police said Arnaldo Feliciano, 33, tossed something under a vehicle — and found it was a package containing 59 grams of heroin. Another 59 grams of heroin and $1,798 in cash were later found at the apartment.
Christian Feliciano, 31, Rafael Feliciano, 33, and Leanne Mulvey, 21, all list the Cleveland Street apartment as their address. Arnaldo Feliciano lives at a separate apartment on Independent Street, according to police. The three men are brothers.
