PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Providence Police are looking for people who robbed a delivery driver.
Investigators tell Eyewitness News the driver from the Wok N Roll Chinese restaurant was making a delivery in the Lawrence Street around 8:30 p.m. Friday. After he parked his car, he was approached by three or four people who assaulted and robbed him.
The victim suffered a cut to his forehead, but refused medical treatment.
The suspects managed to get away with about $200.
