EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Fisher-Price is recalling approximately 4.7 million Rock n’ Play sleepers after more than 30 infants reportedly died while using them over the past decade.

According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), all models of the sleeper are being recalled since infants can roll over from their back to their stomach or side while unrestrained.

The sleepers were sold at major retailers for approximately $40-$149. Parents should immediately stop using them and contact Fisher-Price for a refund or voucher.

Parents with questions can contact Fisher-Price online or call 888-812-6518 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET Monday through Friday.

The CPSC issued a warning about the Rock n’ Play earlier this month after learning about additional infant fatalities.
