BURRILLVILLE, R.I. (WPRI) — This installment of FindMyRI takes you to Burrillville, introduces you to a man dubbed “The Rock Father.”

Roger Bourbonniere started a Facebook group called Burrillville Rocks – following the concept that finding a small message on a rock at the right time, in the right place, can help change someone’s day.

Close to 3,000 people are now part of this effect – hiding rocks, finding rocks, even holding painting contests to raise money for Back to School supplies for kids and local families.
