Fall River police seek women in connection to homicide


FALL RIVER, Mass (WPRI) – Police are asking for the public’s help to find a woman and her daughter wanted in connection to a homicide.

Fall River Police are searching for Adrienne Brown, 37, who they say was last seen Saturday afternoon, fleeing the scene of a homicide.

Fall River Police are confirming that the 53-year-old man stabbed outside of 477 Third Street at around 3 p.m. Saturday is Brian Jones of 215 Whipple Street, Fall River. Jones was taken to St. Anne’s Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police say Brown was driving a gold Honda four-door sedan with Massachusetts license plate number 3HM-343. Brown resides at 477 Third Street with her daughter, Quaneja Dkayla Groce-Brown, 19. Police are also looking to contact Groce-Brown for questioning.Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call the Fall River Police Department at 508-676-8511, or the Massachusetts State Police at 508-993-8373.
