FALL RIVER, Mass. (WPRI) — Officials are investigating a late night stabbing that occurred on the streets of Fall River.
Eyewitness News has confirmed with police that two people were stabbed in the city’s north end in the area of Brighton and St. Mary Streets.
Two men, ages 26 and 54, were taken to Rhode Island Hospital after 10 p.m. Friday night.
The Fall River crime scene unit was also photographing evidence, including clothing and what appeared to be a GPS ankle bracelet.
Neighbors told us that they believe it may have originated at a nearby feast taking place a few blocks away.
No word on the two victims injuries.
