Update: No more seats are available to attend the Sept. 6 debate — tune in on WPRI 12 at 8 p.m.
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Democratic candidates for Rhode Island governor will soon take part in a debate hosted by 12 News at Rhode Island College – and you can watch it live in person.
The debate will be held at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 6, and a limited number of seats will be available to the public.
Tickets are free and must be reserved in advance using the form below.
Parking for the debate is free in lots A, B and D, which are a short walk to the Nazarian Center for the Performing Arts.
Attendees must have their ID and ticket (printed or digital) in hand to enter.
No bags, props, signs, cameras or outlandish clothing will be allowed inside, and phones and other devices must be turned off.
Attendees are asked to be in their seats by 7:30 p.m. The doors will close promptly at 7:45 p.m. and the debate starts at 8 p.m.
