EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — 12 News political analyst Joe Fleming joined 12 News in studio Wednesday morning for a recap of Tuesday’s special election.
Democrat Gabe Amo won the special election for Rhode Island’s 1st Congressional District, making history as the first Black person to represent the state in Congress.
Fleming also looked into why voters in North Kingstown rejected a so-called $222-million “mega bond.”
