PROVIDENCE, R.I (WPRI) — Runners are set to start the 27th Annual CVS Health Downtown 5K Sunday morning at 11 a.m.

Last year, Olympians Molly Huddle and David Torrence were top finishers.WPRI 12 and FOX Providence are proud sponsors of this event.
