Cranston crash under investigation

CRANSTON, R.I. (WPRI) — Police in Cranston were called to a head-on collision early Saturday morning.

The accident happened at the intersection of Pontiac Avenue and Zinnia Street just before 3:00 a.m. An eyewitness says the vehicles’ airbags were deployed in the crash.

Police say there were no reported injuries. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
