PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — A 16-year-old boy is recovering from a broken arm after being hit by a car while riding his bike.
The incident happened in the Washington Park area in Providence around 8 p.m. Saturday.
Police are now looking for a black car with a missing hubcap that is suspected to be involved in the incident.
