We’re kicking up the fitness with a high-intensity workout!
Donna Spinelli, owner of Body Complete Fitness, is back in studio to take us through a Bosu ball workout.
The routine uses combinations of cardio bursts and strength training exercises.
- push up on the Bosou and cardio burst.
- squats on Bosou with hand weights and cardio burst.
- core exercise on Bosou with a cardio burst
- stationary lung with hand weights on Bosou with an oblique combo and a cardio burst.
