We’re kicking up the fitness with a high-intensity workout!

Donna Spinelli, owner of Body Complete Fitness, is back in studio to take us through a Bosu ball workout.

The routine uses combinations of cardio bursts and strength training exercises.

  1. push up on the Bosou and cardio burst.
  2. squats on Bosou with hand weights and cardio burst.
  3. core exercise on Bosou with a cardio burst
  4. stationary lung with hand weights on Bosou with an oblique combo and a cardio burst.
