Barrington police warn residents after reports of vandalized vehicles

BARRINGTON, R.I. (WPRI) — Residents of Barrington are receiving a warning from police after several reports of vehicles being vandalized.

According to a post on their Twitter page, Barrington police said they have received several reports from the Barrington Cove Apartments of vehicles being vandalized.

The post states that almost all of the victims include the elderly, veterans and the handicapped.

Police also say most vehicles have been vandalized on more than one occasion. 

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 401-437-3933.
