EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — People from all over Southern New England have made generous donations for the Toys for Tots drive here at our East Providence studios.
Our total donations reached more than 3,000 toys, before Cardi’s Furniture came to pick everything up.
On top of that, Hasbro will be matching all of our donations.
Nick Cardi joined us on Eyewitness News this morning to give us more details.
Cardi’s is still accepting donations at any of their store locations through Christmas Eve.
All of the toys will be distributed to local children in need for Christmas.
