Missing Tewksbury woman may be in New Bedford, Fall River area

TEWKSBURY, Mass. (WPRI) — Police are searching for a missing woman who they say is hearing impaired and needs a tablet to communicate.

According to the Tewksbury Police Department, Emily Medina, 24, walked away from 365 East Street Tuesday afternoon.

Police said she was last seen wearing a green jacket with a fur hood, black leggings and sneakers.

Tewksbury police now believe Medina may be in the New Bedford/Fall River area, where they have refocused their search.
