Cumin salt pepper all spice
Long grain rice
In a pan on a medium heat, caramelize diced onions, add the rice, season with salt, pepper and cumin and bring to a boil.
Season with salt, pepper and all spice, sear in a pan with olive oil for 90 seconds on each side and finish in the oven for 8 minutes.
Whisk in a bowl (tahini, garlic, salt, lemon juice) and add the water slowly and whisk it fast.
