Chef Kevin Des Chenes was here ahead of the Greenwich Wine and Food Festival, making Macadamia-Crusted Halibut with coconut curry broth.

- Coat Halibut with chopped macadamia nuts, sear both sides for 2 minutes each.
- Bake in oven for 5-7 min
- Combine curry, orange juice, coconut milk in sauce pan and reduce.
- Spoon curry broth over fish and serve!
