(THE signature cocktail of Newport Polo!)
1 1/2 oz. Hendricks Gin
1/2 oz. Solerno blood orange liqueur
3/4 oz. Ripe agave lemon sour
1 oz. sparkling wine
2 strawberries, 2 cucumber slices
METHOD: Muddle the strawberries and cucumber slices in the agave lemon sour. Add gin and solerno liqueur and shake well. Strain over ice into a highball glass. Top off with sparkling wine and stir briefly.
GARNISH: cucumber and strawberry sliceThe Chukker
1 1/2 oz. Thomas Tew Rum
1 oz. POM wonderful juice
1/2 oz. orange juice
1/2 oz. Monin coconut puree
1/2 oz. Monin blackberry puree
Top w/ Barritt’s Ginger Beer
METHOD: Add ingredients directly to a punch glass with ice and roll back and forth
GARNISH: orange slice and real cherryKir Royale

1/2 oz. Creme de cassis
Top w/ Champagne
METHOD: Build directly into a champagne flute.
