EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — WPRI 12 is launching a new initiative called “12 Gives Back,” where the local TV station recognizes and delivers a small “thank you” and reward to deserving members of the local community.
Once a month, WPRI 12 will identify, highlight and personally thank people and organizations in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts communities that do good things of all different varieties.
Watch for “12 Gives Back” honorees each month starting March 26 on Eyewitness News, WPRI.com, and on WPRI 12’s Facebook Page.
The new initiative is made possible with the help of their sponsor, Navigant Credit Union.
