PHOENIZ, Ariz. (CNN/KTVK) - Nine people including a baby had to be rescued Tuesday after being trapped in cars during a flash flood.
At its highest, the water on the highway was about four feet deep.
Some of the drivers told a local TV station that the water didn't look too high, but was powerful enough to push one vehicle off the roadway.
Everyone rescued is said to be fine.
