PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - The head of the now bankrupt 38 Studios spoke out Friday about his former staff at the video game company.

Curt Schilling, who was inducted into the Red Sox Hall of Fame prior to Friday's game against the Minnesota Twins, fielded questions from reporters about the current Red Sox team and his failed video game company, 38 Studios.

When asked by a reporter about the employees who worked at 38 Studios, Schilling said "A lot of what I learned on the field here, the teams, coaches, managers, and the organizations I played for was that, talent aside, everybody has talent, it's always about your people and I had a family of 400 people that I was responsible for and I failed them, that was devastating and the challenging part helping them get back on their feet and most of them have and that was the most devastating part to let them down."

Schilling was inducted into the Red Sox Hall of Fame along with Marty Barrett and Ellis Burks.
