Pete joined Eyewitness News in December of 2007 as the meteorologist for Eyewitness News This Morning airing Saturdays and Sundays.
He grew up in Denver, Colorado, but his roots run very deep in Rhode Island. Pete's father grew up in Cranston, and his extended family still resides in Pawtucket and East Greenwich, where he spent many summers. New England winters are also familiar to Pete as he attended Trinity College in nearby Hartford, Connecticut.
After college, Pete worked as a computer consultant for several years in Boston before getting his Master's degree in meteorology from Penn State University.
Most recently, Pete worked as the morning meteorologist for the ABC affiliate in Boise, Idaho.
