(WPRI) - Last fall, The Target 12 Investigators brought you "FightingFraud," an undercover investigation that exposed waste inside theDepartment of Labor and Training.

Now, six months later, the state has taken action.
The Director of the Department of Labor and Training, SandraPowell, said an internal investigation is complete.
"I would say that our investigation was a solid investigation,"Director Powell said. "It was certainly added to by externalinformation from both the bureau of audits, Channel 12's film wasvery important and then the additional work that the state policedid."
