JOHNSTON, R.I. (WPRI) -- One person was rushed to the hospital following a serious accident in Johnston.
It happened around 3:00 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Greenville Avenue and Killingly Street. The driver lost control, hitting a fence, utility pole, and an electrical box.
The crash impacted traffic lights in the area, and National Grid was called in to make repairs.
There no word on the victim's condition, or what may have caused the accident.
