Officers discovered a quarter-kilogram of cocaine inside Garcia's car, according to the police report obtained by Eyewitness News.

The 15-year veteran was suspended indefinitely without pay.

Garcia was arraigned Friday on charges of possession of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to deliver. His bail was set at $30,000 with surety.
