NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WPRI) -- Police are searching for a masked man who reportedly robbed a credit union at gunpoint Tuesday afternoon.
New Bedford Police reported an unidentified male robbed the St. Anne's Credit Union on Acushnet Avenue around noon on Tuesday.
The suspect (pictured above) is described as being a thin white male, between 5'5 and 5'8, wearing a grey sweatshirt and a plastic mask. He was said to have had a mustache and was carrying an orange plastic bag and a firearm.
The suspect was last seen running north away from the bank.
