Rhode Island's 1st Congressional District candidates David Cicilline and Brendan Doherty will face off for their first live televised debate at the Providence Performing Arts Center. The debate will air live on WPRI 12 and stream live on WPRI.com from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. In addition, WPRI.com will stream extended debate coverage from 8 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Target 12 Investigator and "Newsmakers" host Tim White will moderate.
