(FOX Providence) - There are lots of ways to live green every day, including the way you dress. Andreea Ayers, who is the founder of " Tees for Change " joined The Rhode Show to talk about her incredibly soft tee shirts that are good for the environment.

The tee shirts are knitted from viscose, that is derived from natural bamboo and blended with the highest quality organic cotton. The fabric has an almost translucent quality, and a hand-feel similar to silk.

Tees For Change plants a tree for every tee you buy.

About Andreea Ayers, Chief Inspiration Officer, Tees for Change:

"I founded Tees for Change in the Spring of 2007 while living in Boulder, CO. I was going through a lot of exciting changes - a baby on the way, a recent move from New York City to Boulder, CO and embarking on a new entrepreneurial venture. I have always been fascinated by the t-shirt and the ease with which it allows you to express yourself. I wanted to explore this concept and combine it with my love for eco-friendly products and my passion for positive thinking and connecting with people. But I didn't want any old t-shirt. I wanted something that was fashionable, felt great, was easy to wear and was made from sustainable materials."
