(FOX Providence) - As Providence prepares for the big NCAA championship, the teams get in the competitive spirit.
Co-host Ben Hague met up with Villanova and Robert Morris University cheerleaders. The two cheer squads participated in a friendly competition as they prepare to root for their team in the upcoming championship.
Ben continued in the game day spirit with a quick performance by Robert Morris University’s Pep band and their mascot “Ro-Mo.”
Villanova and Robert Morris will compete in the first NCAA game.
