"My cousins, my mother, my sisters and brother... we ate the food that came off our farm, So that's what became my passion, so when I decided to become a chef, I had already worked in the best restaurants.

When I decided to open up Trattoria Romana, it was a reflection of myself, my good food, the best food you can find in the market and that's what it's all about", Luciano said.
