When you walk in, it's hard not to bump into someone you know, literally.Tables and chairs... forget about it.

Joe Zito:
"You know, I've heard of B.Y.O.B., but what is this... bring your own table?"

Chef Campanella:
"It's a tiny place with a lot of character. Very warm, and it's something totally different than what I'm used to doing."

What Chef Campanella has been use to doing for almost two decades is manning kitchens in award winning upscale restaurants. He is a well known commodity with an impressive resume, going from 650 seats to none and that's just fine with him.

Chef Campanella:
"Al Jackavone was the owner, and what we've ended up doing now is creating a tiny atmosphere, really warm and I'm able to do whatever I want and a lot of it is based on what people want. I get to do all the classics, everything I grew up with from tripe to alot of things that sound weird, but they remind me of growing up.

Everything is done from a fine dining chef's perspective, where we roast our own peppers, we try to use nothing out of a can. We make our own fresh mozzarella, roast our own turkey, roast our own roast beef. We make a killer sandwich, just like every chef loves a sandwich made... that's how we make it for our customers. They'll say, "I'm coming in on wednesday, can you make such and such?"... and we'll make it for them. I'll base the day around that."
