Kings Fork HS to remove stadium lights

SUFFOLK, Va. - Suffolk school officials say later this week crews will remove the stadium lights at King's Fork High School.

Earlier this month WAVY.com showed you how the same brand of poles crashed on the bleachers at Norview High in Norfolk. The Consumer Product Safety Commission sent out a warning before the collpase saying that the light poles can crack and fall over.

Kings Fork is working on moving scheduled football games elsewhere. As of now administrators don't know when they'll replace the lights.
