TMZ Update: T.I. and wife arrested

LOS ANGELES (TMZ) - In today's TMZ Update, Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that L.A. County Sheriff's deputies pulled over the multi-platinum selling rapper T.I. and his wife in a Maybach on Sunset Boulevard around 10:18PM Wednesday night. Deputies say they smelled marijuana.

Plus, Lindsay Lohan was photographed Saturday at the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood ... sitting at a table that appears to be littered with a few unknown beverages.

By day, hangin' poolside at her apartment is not a problem -- but by night ... the bar scene could be a very dangerous risk.

And finally, Michael Lohan just moved into his new L.A apartment -- and he tells TMZ, the place has two major perks ... 1) it's right by the water ... and 2) it's only 11 miles from his newly-sober daughter.

According to Michael, his new crib is right by the Santa Monica Pier -- just a short drive from Lindsay's West Hollywood apartment ... depending on traffic.
