KENT, Wash. (CNN/KING) - A landing gear door fell from a Boeing cargo plane and landed in a Washington neighborhood, narrowly missing a parked car.

Neighbors say it is a miracle the door didn't hit any people or houses.

"Came back to turn in my driveway and there was a part of an airplane sitting here," said John Hansen.

The FAA is investigating the incident.
