(CNN) - In a virtual world popularity contest, Google+ is beating Facebook. The 1-year-old social network tops a list from the American Customer Satisfaction Index.
Google+ tied with Wikipedia as the most-liked social media sites.
Facebook logged in at the bottom of the list, even though it dwarfs its competition in terms of users. Facebook has 900 million active users compared to 150 million using Google+.
The rankings are based on interviews with customers, who frequently complained about Facebook's user interface changes and the introduction of the Timeline feature.
If you were wondering, MySpace didn't even make the list.
