WARWICK, R.I. (WPRI) -- The City of Warwick is still trying to clean up after the impact caused last weekend's blizzard.
The Warwick Police Dept. released a statement reminding residents of their responsibility to clean their residential sidewalks of snow and ice, especially those who live in school zones.
The Police Dept. released this message to notify Warwick residents of City ordinance in order to maintain public safety.
Failure to remove snow and ice off of sidewalks results in a fine of $100.
