R.I. (WPRI) -- Rhode Island Governor Lincoln Chafee got an aerial tour from the RI National Guard to assess Blizzard 2013's aftermath. The RI National Guard provided a Blackhawk helicopter and an invitation to WPRI reporter Steven Neilsen who captured the aerial survey on video.
Governor Chafee said he was "impressed with result of crews" and thanked the DOT for "timely, diligent response efforts."
