Nat'l Grid: Outages reported across RI

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) -- The number of outages across Rhode Island has been up and down Monday while crews work to restore power as Hurricane Sandy begins to impact the state. National Grid Spokesman David Graves joins Eyewitness News with the latest details.
