PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - In this web exclusive, Target 12 Investigator Tim White questions Frank J. Williams on an expensive office renovation.
The Target 12 Investigators have learned that Frank J. Williams recently moved into a new office that cost roughly 42- thousand dollars to renovate.
Williams stepped down as chief justice of the Rhode Island Supreme Court in December.
Williams continues to work as a judge in the Licht Judicial Complex.
