PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WPRI) - There are just 37 days until pitchers and catchers report to Fort Myers, Fla. for Red Sox spring training and Friday, the Pawtucket Red Sox held their annual "Hot Stove Media Day" at McCoy Stadium.

PawSox manager Arnie Beyelor led the team to a playoff appearance last season and told the media members in attendance how excited he was to get this season started.

"I'm looking forward to coming back up here and doing it all over again," Beyeler said.

Bayelor also spoke about the new management team that's leading the big league Red Sox this season.

"It'll be exciting with Bobby [Valentine] and the new coaches and the new staff. Hopefully I'll get to learn from him liked I learned from Tito [Francona]."

Tickets are on-sale now for the PawSox.  They open their season April 5 against Buffalo at McCoy Stadium.
