(WPRI) - Returning to McCoy Stadium on Friday night, the PawSox got the same old results. The reeling Sox dropped their fifth game in a row, 4-3 to Louisville, in 13 innings.

The loss came on the heels of a rain delay that postponed the start of the game by an hour and seven minutes. DH Daryl Jones singled in the game winner for the Bats in the top of the thirteenth. Kristopher Negron and Miguel Rojas homered for the Bats. Negron had 3 hits.

J.C. Linares went 4-6 in his 2012 PawSox debut. Alex Hassan homered to give Pawtucket their only lead, 3-2 in the sixth. Jason Repko and Ryan Lavarnway had two hits each.

Daniel Bard blew the save and Will Inman took the loss. The PawSox and Bats will play game two of the four game series on Saturday night at 6:05 p.m.
