PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - A local restaurant will be experiencing their first Patriots Super Bowl after being open for three years.
Derek Fleming, co-owner of Ladder 133 in Providence, is one of many restaurant owners getting ready for a super Sunday of business.
“We couldn’t ask for a better game. This is what we have been hoping for,” said Fleming.
Restaurant owners believe the Patriots versus the Giants Super Rematch will translate into big bucks.
Ladder 133 is a popular spot with dozens of big screens and booths already reserved for Sunday. This means big orders. Restaurants are stocking up on game time favorites and are preparing for super-sized orders.
The reserved booths are going to be packed with both Patriots and Giants fans.
“It just adds more to the hype of the game. You are going to hear both people cheering so it's not a one way atmosphere,” said Fleming.
All of the restaurants in the area are busy preparing for the Super Bowl.
If you don’t have reservations and are planning on heading out for the game, you will want to get there early.
